In 1999 Centrexpo acquired the stock majority for Ipack-Ima spa, the most important Italian exhibition organizer for food processing, packaging and logistics. The perfect match of the two companies and the fruition of scale economy lead over about 10 years to the creation of a real system dedicated to companies.

The group constituted by Centrexpo spa and Ipack-Ima spa is today one of the major exhibition systems in Italy by size and representativeness.
